You can receive 10,000 points for each new customer you refer through the PointCard referral offer by 11:59PM PDT, on the earlier of (a) the date 14 days after your first payment transaction (other than transfers, gift card purchases, or similar) is settled in your account, or (b) July 1, 2022, ((a) or (b) as applicable, the "Offer End Date").  The referred new customer (i) must be approved for the PointCard, (ii) use their PointCard for a rewarded transaction (which exclude funds transfers, gift card purchases, and restricted MCCs) before the Offer End Date, and (iii) must have such rewarded transaction settle within thirty days. You may only earn five (5) referral offer rewards. The value of this offer or program may result in miscellaneous income received from Point.
