If eligible (see below), you (the referrer) can receive 10,000 points for each new customer you refer through this PointCard referral offer, up to three (3) referrals, between 09:30 AM PDT on March 9, 2022 and 11:59 PM PDT on March 15, 2022. Upon your receipt of the points, new referred customer(s) for whom you receive points will also receive 10,000 points if they meet the following criteria. For you or the new referred customer to earn the points through this offer, the referred new customer must (i) be approved for PointCard and not previously had a PointCard account, (ii) spend at least $100 using PointCard for rewarded transactions (which exclude funds transfers, gift card purchases, and restricted MCCs) before 11:59 PM PDT on March 15, 2022 and (iii) pay their first membership fee for a monthly or annual plan. You and the new customer are each responsible for any tax liability related to participating in the offer/program.
